ridefree 23:55 | Hi, I installed and registered TMJ on my Blackberry Curve 9300 some time ago, was impressed with what it could do but never really used it because I couldn't get the web connection to work. I've just tried again, and searched through all the forum posts, but can't find a solution. The message I get is "Upload Error: TMJ Device Code or Password Invalid!" They aren't, I've double, triple etc. checked them in the settings menu, the website, and registration email, and also updated the password on both to something simple, but nothing works. A track on my 'phone only, with no map, is not very useful unfortunately... I hope you can help, Thanks Mark | |
Stephen 11:15 Location: Phone Model: | Hi Mark, I've looked into this... turns out there is a small bug in TMJ whereby certain combinations of Device Codes / Passwords get encrypted incorrectly when sent to the website. I've now updated your Device Password to one that should work - you can find it on the MY ACCOUNT / Settings / Devices page, try entering this into the phone and hopefully the upload should work correctly...
