MANY thanks for this FREE application for S40 mobile phones !
Stephen 15:42 Location: Phone Model: | Great, thanks for the report! Aha, as you're from Poland you might be able to help me out :-) I've noticed quite a number of people signing up from Poland over the last few days, mentioning 'Komputer Swiat' magazine in the registration survey form. I was just wondering what was written about TMJ in the magazine - was it a whole article or just a short paragraph? Cheers! Stephen
Prometer 16:35 | Komputer Swiat is a very popular computer magazine in Poland. Cheapest on the market but very helpfull for the computers users. This is Polish edition Germany magazine named Computer Bild. Germany edition but articles is writed only by Polish authors. A big article in last number is about navigation GPS in mobile phones and TMJ-Mobile was choosen like a sample of a free and very good application for this navigation. Step by step tutorial on two pages showed how used TMJ-Mobile. Therefore many people from Poland downloaded and registered you application. :) I can scan this article (if you interesting) but...is in Polish language. Personally many times I testing any soft for S40 mobiles but any worked that good like your TMJ-Mobile. Really ! :)
Stephen 17:50 Location: Phone Model: | Wow, that so cool! I'd definitely be interested to see the article - it doesn't matter that I won't understand it, I'm just curious to see TMJ published!! If you are able to e-mail a scan of it to me I'd appreciate it (send it to the 'comments' email address given in the registration email), no rush though... Thanks! Stephen
Prometer 18:13 | OK ! No problem with scan. I send you scan tomorrow. :)
Stephen 12:27 Location: Phone Model: | Scans received fine - thanks very much!! :-)
Prometer 17:48 | :) | |
markpenders 20:02 Location: Phone Model: | Stephen, Any chance you can publish the polish article on the website? I'm curious too. Mark.
Stephen 21:02 Location: Phone Model: | I guess it should be okay to put these shots up, so long as the text is too small to read! Prometer, let me know if you'd rather I didn't publish the images here (copyright and all that...) Cool eh! I never imagined that TMJ might be useful for mushroom-hunting - stops you getting lost in the forest I guess!
shchenka 21:28 | Given the popularity of TMJ in different countries, have you ever considered foreign language localisations ? If you'd care for this one day, I'd be happy to provide Polish translation for TMJ-Mobile. Cheers.
Stephen 23:01 Location: Phone Model: | Hi Shchenka, Its certainly something I've thought about, though it would require quite a number of major alterations to both the website and TMJ-Mobile, which could get a little complicated. I'll have to see how things progress, but I certainly appreciate your offer and will bear it in mind - it would be great to have a multi-lingual version of TMJ!! Cheers, Stephen
Prometer 9:24 | Hi Stephen, It's a good idea to show scans from the Polish computer magazine. SORRY for my...yellow marks. :)
markpenders 17:36 Location: Phone Model: | If you need a dutch translation, count me in. Mark.
