Another apology is in order after further problems this morning with our ISP. A power outage in 'Telehouse North' (a large internet hub in the UK) caused problems with the website database servers. It also disrupted the FTP connection which meant that we couldn't even put a 'Page Under Construction' sign up.

Apologies for this disruption - I am hoping that everything should be back to normal now, but will be monitoring it for further problems...
